We ship all pet prescriptions and other pet products via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

No. We do not currently ship to US P.O. boxes or to any address outside of the United States. No international orders will be fulfilled. 

Prescription items sold on our website are subject to no refunds or exchanges due to the specific nature of our product. Some products such as our pet wheelchairs, walkers, harnesses, toys, or other retail products may include return options if the package is not opened. Our return policy is subject to change and we recommend contacting our pharmacy for inquiries prior to ordering or with questions after your order is received.
